All work was completed as promised and on return visits the work was done in a timely manner. I had an air pressure sensor leaking and they replaced it at no charge. We took it back for shaking multiple times and it was still shaking. "I just wanted to tell you about my experience last Sunday morning at your Santee store. My husband (who takes care of all the vehicle maintence) was out of town and one of my tires got a screw stuck in it. I was afraid that due to where it was placed it couldn't be safely plugged but I didn't know for sure. I knew I couldn't be riding around on it because I had my 16 month old grandson with me and I just wanted to be safe. Anyway, I pulled into your shop expecting to have to buy a new set of tires when my husband was gone. Adam took such great care of us and was able to have the guys in the shop (also awesome) fix the puncture. He gave my grandson a balloon (that kept him occupied all day long! Thanks, Adam!) and didn't charge us anything. It was a miracle for my checkbook. Buying new tires was the last thing we needed to do right now.
