"I took my car to the Miramar Road (San Diego, CA) location to get 4 new tires. I was running late and could not pick up the car until after closing hours (5pm). The manager, Jose Nunez, told me I could still come in to pick up my car. With the bad weather and traffic I did not make it to the store until 6:15pm, an hour and 15 minutes after closing. Jose greeted me with a smile and happily helped me with my transaction. I was completely shocked and amazed. Jose went above and beyond all of my expectation. "I just wanted to let your company know what an outstanding job the Chula Vista, Broadway location is doing. I had my car in there several times over the last week, not because of their doing but just trying to solve a stubborn issue with my truck. I normally purchased my tires from Costco but decided to try Evans as I was interested in the Lifetime Front End Package and the Lifetime Rotate and Balance. All work was completed as promised and on return visits the work was done in a timely manner. I had an air pressure sensor leaking and they replaced it at no charge. "I want to especially thank Greg the store manager. My wife's Kia Spectra had the brakes done at this location back in March of 2011. We took it back for shaking multiple times and it was still shaking. Greg was the new manager and he immediately took control of the situation even though he was not there in the beginning of the issue. "I just wanted to tell you about my experience last Sunday morning at your Santee store. My husband (who takes care of all the vehicle maintence) was out of town and one of my tires got a screw stuck in it. I was afraid that due to where it was placed it couldn't be safely plugged but I didn't know for sure. I knew I couldn't be riding around on it because I had my 16 month old grandson with me and I just wanted to be safe. Anyway, I pulled into your shop expecting to have to buy a new set of tires when my husband was gone. Adam took such great care of us and was able to have the guys in the shop (also awesome) fix the puncture. He gave my grandson a balloon (that kept him occupied all day long! Thanks, Adam!) and didn't charge us anything. It was a miracle for my checkbook. Buying new tires was the last thing we needed to do right now.
